For the Course Learning Objectives, I will say that I did more research than I did last semester, and I was choosing the resources more strictly because I wanted to make my writings better. For example, in the first discussion “Is it Plagiarism” which I was going to choose one of the scenarios and argue that if it was plagiarism or not. I chose scenario 3 and argued that it was not because I thought that the student bought the copy right of the essay and the student should legally own the essay. But then in the class, I was wrong about that and was corrected that what the student was doing in the scenario was actually plagiarism. Because of my lack of the basic knowledge of copy right, I was thinking the whole thing in a wrong way. It taught me that next time I needed to do more research and think strictly. Doing more research can help me in choosing better sources for my writings. Good sources can help me like having good evidence in my essay to strengthen my argument and my point of view, and all together to convince my audiences effectively.

One of the things that I still need to develop in is expressing myself better. Every time when I have ideas I want to express to other people, I don’t know how to say or write. I always get stuck when I am connecting them together and writing them in words. It also happened when I was communicating with others. And the communication I had with my groupmates was really bad of it. Another thing I need to develop is to have confidence on myself. Each time I was writing, I would question myself if my ideas were right or wrong. I realize that a good writing to convince your audiences, you need to have confidence on your writing first. Because how confidence you are about your writing can show your audiences that you are very well known with the topic and the details.
